About Us

I was born in Adana in 1983. After completing my primary and secondary education, I was accepted to Mersin Science High School, then Hacettepe University English Faculty of Medicine. After graduating from medical school in 2007, I started my orthopedics and traumatology training at İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital in 2008. In 2013, I received the title of Orthopedics and Traumatology Specialist and was assigned to Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. Here, I became a member of the Turkish Orthopedic Education Association and also obtained the Turkish board certificate.

In 2017, I won a traveling education scholarship abroad given by TOTBID and worked as a clinical fellow at the Go:Sports Clinic in Hannover, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. P. Lobenhoffer. Here, I received training in advanced techniques and applications, especially on the knee, hip and shoulder joints.

In 2018, I received the title of associate professor after authoring more than 50 scientific publications, hundreds of papers and book chapters. I started at İstinye University, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2019. I served as the department coordinator, university education committee member and associate professor representative.

I received the title of professor in 2024 and I am currently serving my patients in my private clinic.

My special areas of interest include advanced sports surgery, arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus injuries, knee surgery, arthroplasty (knee and hip prostheses), robotic-assisted prostheses, sports injury surgery and arthroscopic surgeries, and hip area sports injuries and advanced hip arthroplasty (prosthesis) surgery.

I am married and have two children.
